Statement of Faith We Believe In:1. God - The FatherThere is only one living and true God. God is the omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent creator. He was, is, and always will be. God, the eternal triune, reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, otherwise known as The Holy Trinity. Deuteronomy 6:42. Jesus ChristThe Son. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life in perfect obedience to the Father. He died as the substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, was bodily raised from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, is seated at the Father's right hand as our High Priest and Advocate, and will return in power and glory. John 3:16, Luke 1:353. The Holy SpiritThe Spirit of God, fully divine. The Holy Spirit convicts men of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. The Holy Spirit also enlightens and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service. The Holy Spirit regenerates, seals, and sanctifies us. Romans 8:94. The BibleThe Holy Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God. It is God's complete revelation to humanity and the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. All Scripture ultimately points to Jesus Christ, who is its central theme and fulfillment. Psalm 18:305. SalvationSalvation is not earned, it is a free gift given through God's grace, through our faith in Him alone, it involves the redemption of man, and is offered freely to all who repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by His own blood, removed our sins, allowing us to gain eternal life through Him. Ephesians 2:86. PrayerPrayer is communion with God. It is the ultimate communication between man and The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. God hears and answers prayer according to His perfect will, granting wisdom, strength, comfort, healing, provision, and deliverance for His glory and our good. Ephesians 3:147. The ManThe man is the leader of the home. The man shall be the protector of his family against all evil, and are called to love sacrificially, shepherd, teach, serve, & lead. 1 Corinthians 16:13.
